This is surprizingly close to what Skip & Sis Waldo in my old cartoon books look like. They'd have problems living in a world of humans, as they are the first of their kind. But what caused the mutation from beagle stock, and what their future is, is academic now, as I haven't written or drawn any stories with my characters in 16 going on 17 years...

The mugs are pretty cool, I bought one for a friend once, they're nice and it'd be even better with your character on it.
