This is Steela Gerrera from season 5 of " The Clone Wars ". Her brother, Saw Gerrera, is being featured in adult form, portrayed by Forest Whitaker, in the soon-to-be-released , " Rogue One, A Star Wars Story ". ( I really wish they'd just call it " Star Wars, Rogue One " but, the movie still looks cool ). Anyway, " The Clone Wars " 'toon is really worth watching so, I won't spoil anything about Steela here except that she's a sharp shooter, hence the big rifle.
