Wembley's Mugby *Phraggle

Here's Wembley Fraggle enjoying a lovely, hot beverage as he waits for Gobo to get his rump out of bed.

Uhh... it's mostly marker & colored pencil with a bit of white paint to cover up all the boo-boos.

Cool drawing of Wembley. Great job with his nose.

I like it how when you draw a single Fraggle, it's as if they're actually posing for you. So while Wembley waits for Gobo, he lets you draw a portrait of him.

Maybe he's having a nice hot cup of radish cider.

Did you ever notice the resemblance between Wembley and Wash from Firefly? Separated at birth I think.

Kinda, yeah. That's a somewhat common observation in the Firefly/Fraggle circuit.

Let's just hope they don't make a Fraggle Rock movie or Wembley may shock the audience by getting himself impaled by a giant doozer stick.

I don't think it's really common but I'm pretty sure I've heard people say that before.

His death scene was quite the shock though. I watched the whole series & then the movie all in a row and was quite winded when that happened.

I watched the movie first and was already so invested in the characters by that point that I was like "What the hell!" in the packed theater.
