Future Raphael

Here's one of the other really cool things from the TMNT Archie Comics series, Raphael from the FUTURE. * GONG! * Raph & Don traveled back in time to what was the present ...at the time ( the early 90s ), to get help from the Ninja Turtles from that era... not really sure why they needed help from their younger selves, but, it was cool all the same.

Future Raphael is sans an eye & carries Leonardo's swords and, although you can't see them, Michelangelo's nunchucks and/or nunchaku as well. Oh yeah, & Raph wears a fine trucker cap to boot.

I guess when I originally got these comic books, I didn't really read them as much as just look at them a lot. Cuz, ya see, I kinda thought that Leo & Mike of the future were somehow lost and maybe presumed dead, but that wasn't the case. They were just kidnapped by a shark guy & Shredder & another panther-looking dude called Verminator X. ( Spellcheck won't recognize it's own name but OH! VERMINATOR is a real word! )

So, here's Future Raphael on some sort of... trek in the majestic wilds of somewhere and maybe even someWHEN! * giggles like the proverbial ninny *
